Individuals between the ages of 18-50 are needed to participate in a research study to test a new topical antifungal medication.
Individuals must have one large toenail that is less than two-thirds infected.
Study involves eight visits to Duke in 12 months. Each visit includes examination, evaluation, photographs, and study drug for infected nails. All participants will receive active study drug during study.
