You will receive diet and exercise materials through the mail and have the opportunity to speak with a health counselor over the telephone. No need to come in!
How can I participate?
- You must have been diagnosed with colorectal, breast, or prostate cancer at least five or more years ago.
- You must be 65 years of age or older.
- You must be overweight.
